Please check with your insurance company to learn about coverage for mental health service providers. Ask about your deductible as well as out-of-network coverage. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement for out-of-network insurance.

To cancel or reschedule, please notify me 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not keep your appointment or cancel with sufficient notice, you will be charged for the full fee of the session.
